A Charming Give Away!

At the end of the last give away, I hinted that October’s would be something a little charming.  And if you’ve visited my blog before you might have noticed my recent infatuation with making leather necklaces with odds and ends of other projects.  So, this month’s jewelry piece is one I made just yesterday with a gorgeous deep turquoise colored focal bead. I wish I could tell the name of the stone, but I’m just not sure. The added treasures are a rough chunk of garnet, green glass leaf, cute little copper bird, and a golden fresh water coin pearl.  It’s 33 inches long.  It can be worn long, or as a clever friend showed me…doubled up with the pendant cluster pulled through the knotted end…for a shorter look.
