I’ve been asked to lead a jewelry making workshop at our church’s Women’s Conference. It will be one of several afternoon breakout sessions offered. And so pleased that several sister jewelry makers at the church have agreed to help and generously contribute beads from their stashes. I’m grateful for their shared expertise and helping hands.
Teaching the basic simple wire loop gives so many choices in earring designs. Here are a few samples for the workshop, using 19 gauge silver plated ball headpins. They are also going to learn how to make the ear wires from the same headpins and have some hammering fun using steel bench blocks to form the curves. Can’t wait to see all the pretties they will create.
